You will need:

  • A Stove or Microwave
  • A Coffee extraction machine or portafilter
  • 1 milk pitcher and 1 coffee pitcher
  • A Serving mug, French press, or coffee pot

Ingredients

  • 250g fresh whole milk
  • 30g (for a strong brew) or 15g (for a milder brew) of African-roasted coffee powder
  • 60ml (strong) or 30ml (mild) of extracted coffee

Instructions.

Step 1: Prepare Your Serving Mug

Preheat your mug by rinsing it with hot water or steaming it. Set it aside to keep warm.

Step 2: Heat the Milk

Pour 250g of fresh whole milk into a pitcher. Heat it to 100°C using a stove, microwave, or boiler.

Step 3: Extract the Coffee

Double Shot (for strong coffee) Use 30g of coffee powder to extract 60ml of coffee. 

Single Shot (for mild coffee): Use 15g of coffee powder to extract 30ml of coffee.

Pour the extracted coffee into your preheated serving mug or teapot. Slowly stir in the hot milk, blending them until smooth.
